Charlyn is a paediatric dietitian with over 10 years experience in helping newborns, children and their families with a range of nutrition concerns. In addition to her dietetic training, she has completed advanced education in paediatrics. This includes the Certificate in Paediatric Nutrition & Dietetics (Royal Children Hospital Melbourne) and the Ellyn Satter’s Feeding Dynamics Model & Eating Competence Model for the management of problem feeding behaviours.

Charlyn places a strong emphasis on evidence-based practice and family-centred care. She understands that there is a lot of nutrition information out there and it can be confusing to try and separate fact from fiction. Therefore, she has sifted through the research and will offer you and your family simple, practical solutions that you can implement easily. She will show you how to base your family’s diet around healthy, wholesome foods and create meals that works for the whole family.

Having a young family of her own, Charlyn understands the challenges of parenthood and gets what you are going through. She had first-hand experience in managing her child with multiple food intolerances. Charlyn is extremely passionate about normalising feeding and helping families enjoy mealtimes. She believes that helping children develop a positive relationship with food can have a lasting impact on their overall health in the long-term. Having a nutritionally balanced diet will allow your child to grow to their full potential and optimise their immune system and gut health. Paediatric Dietitian.
